COVID-19 Our Response

The pandemic has been a threat to everyone amongst us from its emerging, the pandemic has reshaped our habits and how we interact with the environment, Pukka Adventures has modified its health and safety policy with the aim of ensuring the wellbeing of service providers and clients during the whole period of service provision.

The following are changes adopted to keep our clients and staff safe:

Our protocols will be subjected to several changes and adjustments that will be infection proof while the satisfaction of our esteemed clients remains undistracted, we have also put in place the safety and quality department that will coordinate all activities correlating between clients’ experience and safety.

Protocol changes include:

IN-HOUSE 

• On-going training and sensitization courses of our staff done by government-certified health officers
• Regular health check-up of our staff
• Provision of PPE’s to the service staff
• Disinfecting of our working space before, during and after working hours
• Disinfecting of clients 4*4 vehicle, and other usable items before, during and after safari drives
• First Aid training of our staff
• Medical insurance to our staff

 CLIENTS

• Clients are expected to carry their medical certificates that prove they are COVID-19 free (This is a government requirement)
• On arrival, greetings with our representative will be done a meter apart
• Clients should have medical insurance and must submit emergence contact details at arrival
• Clients will be provided with personal protective equipment to be used throughout their travel with us on arrival
• Briefing about the safari experience will be done by our representatives a meter apart
• Special attention will be provided to elderly clients and children
